The Extra virgin olive oil and standard Olive Oil we sell is produced by certified partners who have been producing olive oil for several decades.

The production techniques have been passed down to generations who value the natural taste of this vegetable oil. The factories are located within the European hot spots of Italy, Spain and Greece so as to meet global demands. We have the capacity to supply several Metric Tons of Olive Oil.

Our partners ensure that the oil is wonderfully rich and has the unique flavor associated to olive. 

It is light green in color and is produced from olives picked the same day of production, preserving their purely natural flavor and nutrients.

Fruits from the olive tree (Olea europaea L.) is hand picked and sorted at the farm and taken to the mill on the same day of harvest. At the mill, the whole, slightly under-ripened fruit is crushed into a paste, then pressed to extract the oil.

This first stage of cold press olive oil requires no temperature change. The olive oil is pumped into a separator to remove water and small solids from the oil.

The virgin olive oil is then tested to determine its quality and classification, after-which it is then packaged and shipped to our partners destination of choice.

Specifications:

It contains modest amounts of Vitamins E and K and plenty of beneficial fatty acids.

This is the nutrient content of 100 grams of olive oil:

• Saturated Fat: 8%.
• Monounsaturated Fat: 73% (most of it the 18 carbon long oleic acid).
• Omega-6: 7%.
• Omega-3: 76%.
• Vitamin E: 72% of the RDA.
• Vitamin K:  75% of the RDA

Storage:

It is essential to store the product in its original packing in a cool and dry condition away from direct sunlight and substances with strong odor.
